Jeanie Caggiano is an EVP/Executive Creative Director and Business Lead at Leo Burnett Chicago, where she leads both creative and account on UnitedHealthcare—a Fortune 6 company and America’s largest health insurer. She penned UHC’s humorous “Ways In campaign,” which won Gold at Cannes in 2016.

Previously, Jeanie spent 12 years running Allstate Insurance, where she was responsible for both the charming and destructive Mayhem and the heroic Dennis Haysbert.

A storytelling writer, Jeanie has also created memorable work for Hallmark Cards, Eli Lilly (Prozac & Evista), McDonald’s, Disney, Exclusive Resorts, Choice Hotels, Procter & Gamble (Luvs & Always), Kelloggs, Pfizer (Nexium24HR & Centrum), Kraft (Natural Cheese, Salad Dressing & Jell-o), Diageo (Green Giant) and Morgan Stanley.

A member of the 2016 Cannes Lions Outdoor Jury, Jeanie has also judged the OBIE Awards, London International, the One Show, the Facebook Awards and more.

Jeanie has a Bachelor’s in Speech and a Master’s in Advertising from Northwestern University.  A published poet and ballet dancer, Jeanie lives on Chicago’s North Shore with her husband, Jerry, her children Zoe and Enzo, and the family’s English Bulldog, Exie.
