Vineet's career arc spans through various prominent assignments, which includes creative leadership at Saatchi & Saatchi. He had a meaty stint at Leo Burnett, Publicis, Lowe Lintas and McCann Erickson in creative capacity as well as in new business development.

With a wide FMCG experience in his repertoire, Vineet along with Rina Caiser established Aakanksha Healthcare, a leading healthcare advertising agency in India, catering to some of the biggest names in Pharmaceutical industry in India and Asia Pacific.

Throughout his career, he has bagged more than 200 International & National Awards with his work featuring in Cannes, One Show Rx, Clio Rx, New York Festival, The Global Awards, The Rx Club New York & ABBY's and TOI Big Bang Awards. It was under his Creative Leadership Aakanksha Healthcare bagged the title ‘Healthcare Agency of the Year’ at the Ad Club Awards in India.

Apart from building brands like Ariel (P&G), HSBC Bank, SBI Mutual Funds, Johnson & Johnson (Wound Care & Baby Care), Bajaj Chetak, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, NDTV India, Radio Mirchi, Coca-Cola, Durex Condoms. In healthcare capacity he is known for building brands like Prevenar, Zedex, Aztor & Telma, Vineet is responsible for building Animation Studios/Production House/Digital Agencies like Pencil Box Creations, Spirit & Gauze, Square & Aakanksha Films.
