Creative Group Head, Langland, UK
Victoria joined Langland as a Copywriter in 2009. Since then, she has been pivotal in elevating the creative output of the agency’s Clinical Trial Recruitment team. So much so, that she was promoted to Creative Group Head in 2016. This was in recognition of her keen focus on strategy development and outstanding execution – a focus that has resulted in more than 40 industry awards, including 1 Global, 2 Bronze Health CLIOs and 3 Bronze Cannes Lions Health awards.
Today, as well as guiding the CTR team in the creation, development, and execution of deeply resonant work, Victoria is passionate about nurturing junior members of the team and creating an environment in which they can thrive.
An avid reader, she is also determined to read all the books.
