Scott Carlton is an Associate Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness who inspires change and fosters new growth by creating ideas that stir the imagination and help transform behavior.

With experience as a conceptual, broadcast and digital writer, as well as creative director, Scott has worked at SSW, Ogilvy, Hill Holliday, DMB&B  and Young & Rubicam on brands ranging from Johnson & Johnson, Crest, Oral B and Scope to Nestlé, Kellogg’s, L'Oréal and CVS/pharmacy.

In just four years, Scott has been honored with more than 200 awards and acknowledgments from shows and festivals including The Global Awards,The CLIO Awards, Communication Arts, Cannes Lions, Lions Health, Graphis, The Webby Awards, MM&M Awards, The Shorty Awards and The New York Festivals.
