Over the past 16 years, Brit has focused his visual storytelling talents on the real-life drama of Man vs Illness. At The Bloc, he leads a best-in-class team of creative trailblazers on the forefront of health and wellness communications. His core passions are to develop the next generation of storytellers and deliver award- and market-winning creative ideas to his clients.
His experience ranges across disease categories, media channels, and customers. Whether he is amplifying patient stories about an ultra rare autoinflammatory condition, or getting physicians to think differently about anticoagulation, he puts creativity to work to improve health. His experience includes creative leadership on Eliquis, an omnichannel consumer campaign for Montefiore Health Systems and Hearing Voices of Support—a perception-changing initiative to shatter stigma associated with mental illness for SARDAA (Schizophrenia and Related Disorders Association of America).
Brit’s work has received some of the most prestigious industry accolades across the globe and he has served on juries for New York Festivals International Advertising Awards, Art Directors Club, CLIO Healthcare awards, and The Global Awards. His speaking engagements have included University of Florida’s Ad Society and Miami Ad School’s #industryhero.
