Vineet's career arc spans through various prominent assignments, which includes creative leadership at Saatchi & Saatchi. He had a meaty stint at Leo Burnett, Publicis, Lowe Lintas and McCann Erickson in creative capacity as well as in new business development.

With a wide FMCG experience in his repertoire, Vineet along with Rina Caiser established Aakanksha Healthcare, a leading healthcare advertising agency in India, catering to some of the biggest names in Pharmaceutical industry in India.

Throughout his career, he has bagged more than 300 International & National Awards with his work featuring in Cannes, One Show Rx, Clio Rx, New York Festival, The Global Awards, The Rx Club New York & ABBY's and TOI Big Bang Awards. It was under his Creative Leadership Aakanksha Healthcare bagged the title ‘Healthcare Agency of the Year’ at the Ad Club Awards in India.

Apart from building brands like Ariel (P&G), HSBC Bank, SBI Mutual Funds, Johnson & Johnson (Wound Care & Baby Care), Bajaj Chetak, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, NDTV India, Radio Mirchi, Coca-Cola, Durex Condoms. Vineet is also known to build mega brands in healthcare industry and launch pharma companies in India.

Vineet, today is a Founder & Chief Creative Officer, V-ROK Communications Network. A network that spans across Asia Pacific, North America, Africa, Europe & New Zealand.
